Cake with raisins and nuts
1 glass grated crumbs of wheat bread
2 eggs
0,5 glass sugar
1 tbsp. flour

2 tbsp. nuts chopped
20 g yeast
salt to taste
For Fudge:
1 protein
0,5 glass powdered sugar
1 tbsp. cocoa
1/4 lemon juice
Dry white bread grate and mix with wheat flour. Beat eggs with sugar, add a mixture of breadcrumbs and flour, raisins, chopped nuts and the softened yeast with sugar. A lot knead, roll out a layer of 0.5-0.7 cm and put on a greased sheet. Bake in the oven at a temperature of 220-S. Hot cake immediately cut into rectangular cakes, cover it with the fondant.
Fondant. Beat the whites with powdered sugar, add cocoa powder and lemon juice.
