8 Art. l. sugar

0.5 glass crushed crackers

4 eggs

Orange cook with seeds and skin. When orange becomes soft enough to remove the seeds from it. Together with the crust to stretch in an enamel bowl. Yolks with sugar, mix with orange, crushed crackers and whipped into a thick foam. Stir, pour the entire shape and bake.

When the cake is ready, cover the top and edges of orange cream and garnish with orange slices.
