250 g wheat flour

150 g butter

1 tsp. sugar

1 salt - a pinch

For the filling:

1 kg pumpkin



100 g sugar

2 PCs eggs

4 tbsp. milk or cream

1 salt - a pinch

1/2 the grated zest of a lemon

Cream butter and sugar mix, add the sifted flour and salt, knead the dough and put it on 1 hour in a cool place.

Pumpkin peel and cut into slices, put on a baking tray (fleshy part up), place in oven and bake on low heat for 1 hour until soft.

Pumpkin wipe, mass (about 1 Cup) mix with sugar, egg yolks, milk and spices. Separately beat the whites and gently mix them with pumpkin weight.

Roll out the dough, put in shape, having a side, and put into the form filling.

Cake bake 10 minutes on high heat. Then reduce the heat and continue baking for another 30 minutes.
