Dietary onion sauce
300 ml vegetable broth
4 onions
3 Art. l. vinegar 3%
2 Art. l. vegetable oil
1 Art. l. ketchup
spices to taste
salt
Clean, finely chopped onions, lightly fried, add the vinegar and spices, boil for 5-10 minutes, to connect with vegetable broth, ketchup, spices and salt and cook for another 10-15 minutes.
Dietary onion sauce served chilled.
