Potatoes in the vinegar-honey sauce
1 kg small potatoes
2 beam basil
5 Art. l. vinegar
4 Art. l. olive oil
2 Art. l. vegetable oil
1 Art. l. grated cheese
1 h. l. honey
Wash the potatoes and cook it in a uniform, drain the water, leave to cool, then peel, let cool completely.
Combine honey with vinegar, boil the mixture for 1 minute in a small kastryude.
One-third of basil leaves to postpone the rest finely chopped.
Fry potatoes in vegetable oil, salt, pour vinegar-honey mixture, put out, add chopped basil and olive oil, put the potatoes in a dish, sprinkle with cheese and place whole basil leaves.
Served potatoes in vinegar-honey sauce hot.
