Spicy potatoes

1 kg potatoes

50 ml olive oil

2 tbsp. wine vinegar

2 tbsp. mustard

green onions, parsley, salt - to taste

Boil the potatoes until tender, cool slightly, cut into slices, sprinkle with vinegar. Connect the oil, vinegar and mustard, add the herbs and pour this sauce warm potatoes.
