Children's Borschik "Vegetarian"
1,5 glass water
2-3 leaf cabbage
? tsp. 1 tomato (or . tomato puree)
? beet
? potatoes
? onions
? carrots
2 tsp. butter
1 tsp. sour cream
1 tsp. sugar
? tsp. the salt solution
Wash and clean the vegetables.
To grate the carrots, onions and beets, finely shred the cabbage.
Place the vegetables in a pan, add grated peeled tomatoes or tomato puree, part of the butter, pour all the boiling water, simmer all on a slow fire for about half an hour, covered, stirring occasionally.
Add the vegetables, salt solution, pour a little hot water, add sugar, boil the soup for about 10 minutes
Before serving, add in children Borschik "Vegan" sour cream and optional chopped parsley.
