4 potatoes

1/2 glass rice

2 carrots

1 onion

1 egg

Potatoes are boiled, cleaned and rubbed on a coarse grater. Boiled rice.

Roast until tender chopped onion and grated carrot.

All the mix, add salt to taste, pepper and chopped parsley. Thoroughly kneaded and allowed to stand for half an hour. The form of chops, boned in flour, dipped in egg and paneer in breadcrumbs.

Patties are fried until golden brown in a large amount of fat. Serve with milk sauce.
