Golden cabbage burgers
1 kg cauliflower
3 Slice loaf
2 eggs
1 beam dill and parsley
0.5 glass wheat flour
0.5 glass milk
? h. l. marjoram
white pepper
salt
Disassemble the cauliflower into florets, boil until tender and chop.
Separate the egg whites from the yolks, combine egg yolks with cabbage, pepper and salt, add oregano and chopped herbs, stir, add loaf, pre-soaked in milk, flour, and mix again.
Beat the whites into a stable foam, then combine with the cabbage test.
Spoon lay weight on the pan with hot oil and fry cabbage patties on both sides until golden brown.
Remove excess fat, tissue paper soaked chops before serving.
Serve golden cabbage burgers garnished with fresh vegetables and sour cream.
