Vegetarian kebab
100 g cheese
16 cherry tomatoes
2 sprigs Basil
1 avocado
1 cucumber
To prepare the sauce:
4 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
black pepper
salt sea
Dice the cheese, the pulp of avocado and cucumber, strung, alternating, on skewers with cherry tomatoes and Basil leaves.
Mix pepper, sea salt, olive oil and vinegar.
Submit vegetarian kebab, watering it with the prepared sauce and put it on the lettuce.
