Kebab in Korean
100 g pumpkin
2 carrots
2 beet
2 Apple
2 orange
To prepare the sauce:
4 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. curry
Cut the pumpkin mugs and simmered it until tender. The beets are cooked, cooled and cut out small balls from the pulp. Carrots cooked, cooled and cut into circles.
Apples peel, cut serdtsevinki, cut into slices. Oranges, peel and cut the flesh slices.
Alternating, strung vegetables and fruit on skewers.
Preparation of sauce: olive oil mixed with curry and soy sauce.
Before serving, put the kebabs on the leaves of lettuce and pour the prepared sauce.
