100 g pumpkin

2 carrots

2 beet

2 Apple

2 orange

To prepare the sauce:

2 tbsp. soy sauce

1 tsp. curry

Cut the pumpkin mugs and simmered it until tender. The beets are cooked, cooled and cut out small balls from the pulp. Carrots cooked, cooled and cut into circles.
