Kebab with feta and bacon
150 g feta cheese (dense)
4 stem green onions (thick)
4 pieces bacon
1 cucumber (large)
2 tablespoons low-fat sour cream
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 sprigs tarragon
Feta cubes cut, chop the white part of onion stalks into pieces 2 cm long.
Wrap slices of bacon feta, strung on skewers, alternating with onion.
Fry with feta and bacon in a frying pan or grill for 2 minutes on each side until browned bacon.
Cucumber, remaining green onions, tarragon and cream to make a salad, submit to the kebab.
