Potato cutlets with cheese
4 potatoes
1 egg
cheese
parsley
green onions
salt
breadcrumbs
spinach (optional)
Boil the potatoes in their skins until tender, peel, grate.
If you add the spinach, it is finely chopped and mixed with potatoes.
In the potato mixture add the egg, feta cheese, chopped fresh herbs, salt and stir.
Sformovat cooked vegetable mass patties, breaded, fried potato cutlets with cheese in the oven or in a pan until tender.
