Cutlets of chicken with cheese and potatoes
500 g minced chicken
6 tubers potatoes
1 egg
3 tbsp. flour
cheese
green peas frozen
green onions
spices for chicken
pepper, salt
Peel the potatoes, rinse and RUB on a grater, hands squeeze the juice.
On a grater grate the cheese.
Peas pour boiling water directly to drain the water.
Onion is finely chopped.
Heat oven to 200 degrees, to take a sheet, line it baking paper.
All the prepared ingredients to be mixed, molded patties.
Put the patties on the sheet, place in oven and bake for half an hour.
During baking the chicken cutlets with cheese and potatoes need 2 times to turn.
