100 g carrots

25 ml milk

1.5 ml 25% salt

3 g vegetable oil

Wash brush carrots, cut into slices and purify. Put in a pan and pour boiling water. The water should completely cover the carrots. Blanking plump pan with a lid and leave on low heat. Cook carrots until the water boils away completely.

In the hot wipe carrots through a sieve and adding the preheated milk, salt solution and boiled for about 3 minutes. In the finished pyureshku add vegetable oil
