Carrot puree with milk
60 ml milk
5 g butter
1 carrot
? h. l. flour
? h. l. sugar
Peel and cut the carrots into cubes, pour the water so that it covers the carrots, bring everything to a boil, immediately reduce the heat to minimum, put out 10 minutes under the lid.
Add to carrots and sugar diluted in milk flour, bring to a boil again, put the lid for 5-7 minutes on low heat until tender.
Together with a small amount of broth carrots in a blender mill or grind can not.
Before serving carrot puree with milk refuels a small amount of butter.
