Carrot and wheat porridge
2 tbsp. Butter
1 PCs Carrots;
0,5 glass Wheat groats;
Salt
Carrots chopped in small cubes and fry in the casserole, in a deep frying pan or ottice with the addition of butter, add crushed wheat and fry for another 20 seconds. Then pour the water that it covers a mixture of 1 cm, salt and cover. In this state, leave the dish until tender.
For submission to decorate porridge greens.
