Kashka wheat and fruit
200 g wheat flakes
100 g apples
100 g carrots
50 ml fruit juice
1 egg
sugar
salt
Clear rub carrots on a coarse grater, mix with wheat flakes, pour 500 ml of boiling water, boil for 10 minutes, stirring, add sugar and salt.
Give mass to cool slightly, stir in the egg yolk.
Apple peel, cut into small pieces, sprinkle with fruit juice mixed with carrot and wheat mixture, using a mixer to whip.
Served wheat porridge and fruit hot.
