Potato puree for babies

40 ml milk

1,5 ml salt 25%

3 g vegetable oil

100 g potatoes

Wash, peel and boil the potatoes. To cook you need in small quantity of water or steamed. then then ground boiled hot potatoes through a sieve or colander. Add boiled hot milk and whisk continuously together with the salt solution. In the prepared mashed potatoes add the oil.

It is about 100g mashed potatoes.
