Barley porridge with butter and sugar
200 g pearl barley
40 g butter
2 tbsp. sugar
3 glass water
salt
Pre-treat cereal: put it in hot water and bring to a boil, drain the water.
Then pour the grits into boiling salted water, cook until thick, stirring constantly.
When the porridge thickens, add sugar, cover, reduce the heat and leave for 2 hours to aprivate. The porridge is nice color and smell.
Before submitting, hot crumbly mess drizzle melted butter.
