Barley porridge with seaweed
250 g pearl barley
100 g canned laminaria
1 onions
1-2 Art. l. vegetable oil
salt
Pearl barley bust, rinse, soak for 10-12 hours in cold water, drain the water.
Put barley in boiling water (1 L), boil until tender.
Laminaria chop, add to the end of cooking barley porridge, salt the mix.
Onions, finely chopped, saute in butter, add the porridge, stir.
Before serving, barley porridge with seaweed put in preheated oven for 20 minutes.
