Barley porridge with zucchini
500 g zucchini
200 g pearl barley
2 tomatoes
1 onions
4 Art. l. vegetable oil
salt
Soak the barley in water for 3-4 hours, boil until tender.
Finely chop the onion, zucchini cut into small cubes.
Pour boiling water over the tomatoes, peeled, cut into slices.
Connect porridge with vegetables, season with butter and salt and warm for 10 minutes.
Before serving, sprinkle with chopped herbs porridge.
