6 egg whites

3 egg yolks

1/3 glass sugar

1/3 glass melted butter

Jam (to taste)

To prepare the meringue:

6 egg whites

1 glass sugar

Grind-hot oil, add the yolks, flour and sugar, mix the mass, gradually adding the cream, then enter the beaten egg whites into the batter and salt, mix well.

Cook pancakes, baking them in the oven or in a frying pan, fold the pancakes in a greased pan, shifting jam, put in the oven for 10 minutes.

Proteins Whip with sugar and serve pancakes "Dutch" with meringue whipped proteins.
