Buns "Strawberries and cream"
400 g puff pastry
300 ml cream
strawberry
powdered sugar
The dough was thawed, cut therefrom using the same mug or cup shaped cover film to the dough to rise, and then baked in the cups for 12-15 minutes at 190 degrees.
Whip cream with powdered sugar, strawberries arbitrarily cut.
Half circles to cover the test cream, put on a strawberry cream, cover with the remaining dough circles.
Before serving buns "Strawberries and cream" sprinkled with powdered sugar and garnish with whipped cream.
