Cake with strawberries
For the dough: 100g cold butter quickly chop with 200g of flour, preferably in a food processor with a pinch of salt, add 1 egg, quickly knead, roll, put in shape, prick with a fork and put into the freezer for 20 minutes
For the filling: Wash the strawberries, let drain water.
Make the sauce: Mix 1 egg, 3 tablespoons powdered sugar, 1 sachet of vanilla sugar, 1st.l. flour, add 200g sour cream, to taste - a pile of fragrant alcohol, citrus zest, cinnamon
Berries cut in half, put on the cake, pour the sauce over the top and bake until done.
