Raspberry jam with kiwi and apricots
500 g raspberries
500 g apricots
400 g Kiwi (6 pcs)
10 g citric acid
1.5 kg sugar
Clear kiwi, carefully cut too small cubes.
Wash the apricots, remove seeds, cut into very small cubes not the flesh.
