Lime soup
What you need:
4 pcs. lime or lemon
10 g gelatin
50 g sugar
400 ml mango juice
4 pcs. kiwi
2 pcs. apples
4 Art. l. coconut
1 pcs. peaches
2 Pineapple - Mug
80 ml water for soaking the gelatin
2 limes cut into circles with zest. Grate the zest of one lime. Of two fruits squeeze the juice.
Gelatin soak in cold water for 30 minutes, until the grains become transparent. Dissolve gelatin over low heat, stirring constantly.
Mix the sugar, zest, juice, mango and lime, connect with gelatin.
Peach cut into slices, apples - thin slices, mugs pineapple cut in half.
Kiwi clean, cut into large cubes. Connect with gelled mass, add the cup of lime, peach, apple and pineapple. Stir and refrigerate for 3 hours.
When serving sprinkle with lime coconut soup.
