Lemon cakes
For the basics:
280 g flour
what kind of flour should I choose? we'll show
180 g butter
60 g powdered sugar
For the filling:
200 g sugar
4 eggs
2 lemon
4 tbsp. flour
1 pinch salt
Sift flour with sugar, mix with butter, to grease the sheet with butter, lay the basis, bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20-25 minutes
Mix the flour for the filling with sugar slice the lemons and chop in a blender.
Add to flour mixture and lemon mashed potatoes, beaten eggs and salt, stir.
Put the prepared filling over warm prepared base and bake lemon cake for half an hour before serving to cut the cake into squares and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
