Sour cream muffins with cranberries
90 g butter
Which oil to choose? we'll show
2.5 cup flour
2 eggs
1 glass dried cranberries
1 glass boiling water
1 glass sugar
3/4 cup sour cream (medium fat)
1/2 cup milk
2 tsp baking powder
Pour boiling water over cranberries for 10 minutes, drain the water.
Stir flour with sugar, baking powder and cranberries, stir in the remaining ingredients with a fork (sour cream, eggs, milk and butter).
Prepared to shell out the dough into a greased molds.
Bake muffins sour cream with cranberries in a preheated 200 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.
