I want to share with you a very interesting recipe for cookies. He bribed me that the dough can be put in the freezer for at least a week. This greatly facilitates the work and frees up time sometimes. In addition, it looks very appetizing.
- 200 g butter
- 2 Art. flour
- 2 chicken eggs
- 1 Art. sugar
- 2 h. l. cocoa
- vanilla sugar
Method of preparation:
The oil should be soft, not so, so much as in the hands broke, but just soft. In a bowl, combine the flour, butter, sugar and eggs.
Knead the shortcrust pastry. If it is too soft and stick to hands, it can be for some time set aside in the refrigerator, then fasten the oil dough will be easier for him to continue working.
Next, divide the dough into 2 equal parts. In one add vanilla sugar and cocoa to another. Knead the two balls.
Spread a plastic wrap and roll out the dough on it a thin layer. If it sticks to the rolling pin, then sprinkle with a little flour on top. So do with both halves.
Part of cocoa spread on top of vanilla and carefully remove the film.
Part of a long sausage rolls down and put in the freezer for at least 1 hour, maximum is unlimited (within reason).
At the right time we obtain the workpiece and cut into thin slices with a knife. We spread them on a baking tray, the laid parchment paper. No need to lubricate.
Baked cookies fast enough for about 20 minutes, so do not desiccate it. During baking, check with a fork or a wooden toothpick. Once you feel that was a little harder - you can get. Cookies, when cooled, becomes not so soft.
