Pie "Cassata" cheese Italian
Dough:
6 eggs
1 lemon (zest)
1 glass sugar
1 glass flour

1 tsp. baking powder
1 pinch of salt
Filling:
400 g cheese 2-9%
150 g dried fruit
100 g butter
80 g chocolate
50 ml liquor (impregnation)
? glass powdered sugar
Preparation of test: to separate yolks from whites, beat egg yolks for 15 min with sugar, proteins refrigerate.
Add to the yolks, flour, lemon zest, baking powder, salt and mix thoroughly.
Whites beat until a stable foam, stir in to the yolk mass, gently mix the dough air, light.
Grease the baking pan with oil, pour the batter, cook it for about 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
When cake has cooled, cut it in half lengthwise on 2 sheets.
Preparation of curd cream: butter (room temperature) to whisk, combine the cheese, again to drive, add powdered sugar and whip.
Dried fruits cut into small pieces, RUB on a small grater chocolate, add to cheese mixture and mix.
Soak the cake, which will be lower, liquor, grease cooked cream, cover with the second cake, also from top to soak liquor.
Decorate the top of cake upon request, submit pie "Cassata" cheese Italian cut into serving pieces.
