Cake Surprise
2 PCs biscuit biscuit finish
500 g ice cream, cream or ice cream
200 g canned fruit
2 PCs egg whites
1/2 glass powdered sugar
1 salt - a pinch
For protein cream egg whites salt, lather, still whisking, gradually add the powdered sugar.
On a plate place the sponge cake on top of it and a half of ice cream, top to put canned fruit. Then place the remaining fruit ice cream, cover with a second biscuit layers. Using a pastry bag fill the top of the cake protein cream.
