Need for the cream: 1 egg, 1 tbsp. sugar, 1 tbsp. sour cream (20% better 30%), 200 grams of softened butter

Preparation:
In a water bath and whisk to whisk 2 eggs with 1 Cup sugar. Cook about 3-5 minutes until the mixture becomes light and more lush. Add the honey, without ceasing to interfere again beat.
Add 1 Cup flour, mix well, without removing from the bath. Add soda (not to cancel!), another Cup of flour and stir again. Then add 1 tablespoon of vinegar, mix well (dough will immediately become more porous) and add the last Cup of flour, again stir well and remove from the water bath.

The dough is spread on a floured table, allow to cool a little (should lie down for 2-3 minutes, not to cool completely). Then knead the dough by hand until smooth, slightly sticky mass.
Divide into 6 equal parts.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, roll out each portion of dough into a thin round cake. When rolling the dough a little take in flour to avoid sticking to the table. Before baking the cake prick with a fork in several places.

Bake the cakes for about 5 minutes each until smooth dark Golden color.
Prepare the cream: in a water bath, beat 1 egg and a Cup of sugar, add a Cup of sour cream and whisk well (with a mixer). Need for the cream: 200-300 grams of butter, 1 jar of condensed milk, cocoa (optional).

Preparation:
