Cake with spices Scandinavian
200 ml buttermilk
150 g powdered sugar
150 g flour (mixed with baking powder)
some flour to choose? we'll show
50 g ghee
4 tablespoons sour cream
1 tsp ground cloves
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp ground cardamom
Oven pre-heated to 180 degrees, prepare a form for the cake in diameter not more than 18 cm, grease it with butter.
Whip cream with sugar until whitening weight, pour the melted butter, add the dry ingredients (previously they should sift), pour the milk, mix well and put all the weight in the form.
Baked cake with spices Scandinavian oven for about an hour - a willingness checked as follows: if a warm knife comes out of the middle of the cake clean, the cake is ready, cool on a lattice.
