Cake with hazelnuts "Italian" without baking
110 g cookies
100 milk chocolate
100 g roasted hazelnuts
100 g cocoa
1 yolk
1 egg
5 Art. l. butter

1 Art. l. cognac or brandy
Grind in the cookie crumbs, in a water bath to melt the chocolate.
Connect with egg yolk and sugar, beat with a mixer, add butter (melted), without stopping whisking add the chocolate, then add the biscuits and hazelnuts and mix.
Shots Tart foil, put the dough in it, cover it with food plnkoy, remove the cake out in the cold for 3-4 hours before serving sprinkle with cocoa.
Served with hazelnut cake "Italian" with cream or ice cream.
