4-5 Art. l. cold milk

2 Art. l. rum or brandy

finely grated zest of one lemon

2 Art. l. vegetable oil

100 g breadcrumbs

1 yolk

2-3 Art. l. cream

Sift the flour, add salt, baking soda. Separate the whites from the yolks. The last one enter into the flour. Then add the butter, milk, rum or brandy. Knead the dough.
