2 Art. l. rum or brandy
finely grated zest of one lemon

100 g breadcrumbs

2-3 Art. l. cream
Sift the flour, add salt, baking soda. Separate the whites from the yolks. The last one enter into the flour. Then add the butter, milk, rum or brandy. Knead the dough. Put it in the cranberries, cherries, lemon zest, whipped whites with sugar and stir. Baking dish brush with butter, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and fill it in? test. Lightly beat the egg yolk with the cream and lubricate the cake. Put in a preheated 180 � C oven and bake for 1 hour.
