Chicken with walnuts
Required products:
500 g chicken fillet
200 g peanuts
4 tbsp. soya-bean oil
1 tsp. potato starch
2 PCs egg white
100 g pork - flesh
1 PCs pepper sweet red and yellow -
1 PCs carrots
4 tbsp. chicken bouillon
1 l vegetable oil for deep frying
salt and ground black pepper - to taste

1 tbsp. green onion chopped
Chicken cut into slices, soak in a mixture of egg whites and cornstarch and fry in deep fat until a crust.
Pork, carrot and sweet pepper cut into cubes and fry in parts of soybean oil. Add fried chicken, pour the remaining soy oil, put the peanut butter, season with spices, pour in the broth and simmer for 2 minutes.
Serve the dish hot, sprinkled with green onions and decorate with greens.
