1 kg cucumbers

1 l water

100 g salt

2-3 cloves garlic

1-2 bay leaves



2 tablespoons fennel seeds

1 tablespoons sugar

1 tablespoons chopped onion

1 tablespoons citric acid

1 tsp grated horseradish

peppercorn

Cucumbers are thoroughly washed, cut the tails, soak in cold water.

Share on the bottom of the cans 3L dill, bay leaf, horseradish, onions, peppers, peas and garlic.

Tightly put in a jar prepared cucumbers.

Pour water into a saucepan, add citric acid, sugar and salt, bring to a boil, then pour the boiling brine cucumbers in the bank.

Cover the jar lid, sterilized in boiling water for 15-20 minutes.

Next pickles "lemon" roll back the lid and allowed to stand at room temperature until cool.
