Meatloaf with bacon BBQ sauce
340 g minced sirloin
340 g minced front of the blade
340 g bacon
100 g crackers with salt
70 g barbecue sauce
1 egg
? onions
1 Art. l. mustard
1.5 h. l. pepper chili
1 h. l. garlic powder
? h. l. ground black pepper
? h. l. salt
Mix both kinds of meat, add chopped onion, 3 tablespoons barbecue sauce, seasoning and mustard, drive an egg, add the crumbled crackers and mix until uniform.
Molded from a mass roll, wrap it with bacon and barbecue sauce smear.
Cook meatloaf with bacon BBQ sauce in the preheated oven until the average temperature for an hour.
