Meat with mushrooms in a pot
500 g meat
400 g experience
1 kg potatoes
1/2 glass chicken broth
salt, garlic, black pepper (pepper), a Bay leaf to taste
Fry (saut) the meat until tender, add garlic, spices, salt. Saut the mushrooms. Then cut the potatoes in small cubes. All the ingredients are put in layers. When the pot is full, pour chicken broth. Cover and place in oven for 10 minutes.
