Pickled cucumbers and tomato juice
1.6 kg cucumbers
1.6 l tomato juice
5-6 Garlic - cloves
50 g dill
10 g tarragon
3 Art. l. salt
Tomato juice is boiled and cooled. Add salt, garlic, parsley and pour into a jar cucumbers stacked. Close lid and leave in a cool place.
