Cucumbers in a tomato sauce

4 kg cucumbers

500 ml tomato sauce

200 ml vinegar

200 ml unrefined vegetable oil

200 g sugar

100 ml water

3 heads of garlic

3 onions

2 Art. l. salt

Slice the cucumbers circles, onion - diced or rings, garlic cleaned it all together with tomato sauce, sugar, salt, vinegar, oil and water put into the pan.

Cook cucumbers over medium heat, boil for 5 minutes after boiling, immediately decomposed into prepared jars, each adding 1-2 pea black pepper.
