Braised cucumbers with couscous
300 g fresh cucumbers
150 g millet porridge
25 g oils
1 glass broth
? glass sour cream
1 h. l. flour

Cucumbers are washed, cleaned, cut into slices, salt the pepper, stir, breaded in flour, fry in butter.
Put cucumbers in a deep pan, pour the broth, tomato puree, sour cream, cover, over moderate heat until tender put out.
Of millet grains cook crumbly mess.
When serving braised cucumbers with couscous put in a deep dish with the sauce, formed in fire, millet porridge serves as a side dish.
