Ingredients:
- 200 ml warm water
- 7 g dry yeast (or 20 g fresh)
- 120 g sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 5 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 550 g wheat flour
- lemon peel
- raisins/candied
Method of preparation:
