Wheat-rye bread with paprika, cooking recipe with photos
I confess, bread I bake a long time, for about three years. Recipes accumulated a great many, but I do not get tired to experiment and introduce new tastes and flavors in such an indispensable bread on each table! In preparation no big deal! With such a task to handle even an absolute beginner in baking! Although, one secret I'll still tell you: start making a good mood and spirit! If you are in the shower clouds, better put this venture to better times.
Ingredients:
- 400 g wheat flour
- 100 g rye flour or bran
- 250 ml warm water
- 7 g dry yeast
- 50 ml olive oil or any other vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoons dried sweet paprika
- 30 g sugar
- 10 g salt
Method of preparation:
Approximate cooking time: 20 minutes + 2 hours active on proofing + 30 minutes baking.
In warm water breed yeast, sugar and salt. Dismiss them for a couple of minutes.
Both kinds of flour was sieved, and add at this stage paprika.
By the Skin of the yeast can see that they have started to work. Pour into the flour gradually.
Knead a soft, smooth dough. You may need a little more or less water. It all depends on the quality of flour and even the weather! Introduce almost all the oil. Leave a bit to lubricate.
The bottom and sides of bowl lubricating oil, spread the dough there. Cover with a towel and send it in a dry, warm place without drafts. Waiting increases in volume by half.
Coming up the dough punched, spread into molds for bread, or simply form a loaf of hands or lap.
