I confess, bread I bake a long time, for about three years. Ingredients:

  • 400 g wheat flour
  • 100 g rye flour or bran
  • 250 ml warm water
  • 7 g dry yeast
  • 50 ml olive oil or any other vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoons dried sweet paprika
  • 30 g sugar
  • 10 g salt

Method of preparation:

Approximate cooking time: 20 minutes + 2 hours active on proofing + 30 minutes baking.
