Luxury figure in Chinese
300 g rice;
300 g frozen shrimp;
300 g frozen squid
300 g white fish fillets
5 pcs. eggs
50 g butter
2 Art. l. vegetable oil
1 dill - beam
1 green onions - beam

Boil crumbly rice, stir it hot with one beaten egg until smooth to all the rice evenly colored in yellow. In a frying pan in a mixture of butter and vegetable oil simmered separately chopped shrimp, squid and fish, salt and pepper to taste.
In a separate bowl whisk four eggs, fried in a skillet combine shrimp, squid and fish, add the finely chopped herbs, mix well.
Pour into the pan beaten eggs, mixing thoroughly to evenly distribute the contents of the eggs. Warm up the pan with the contents gently for about 10 minutes.
Then add to the mixture of seafood with eggs, rice, stir. After 5 minutes, Chinese rice prepared.
