Rolled pancakes with vegetables and cheese
For the pancakes:
3 eggs
1.5-2 Art. l. butter

2 glass milk
1 glass flour
0.5 h. l. sugar
pinch of salt
vegetable oil for greasing the pan
For the filling:
1 sweet red pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
2 tomatoes
1 a small bunch of green onions
150-200 g cheese "Feta"
200 g salted salmon fillets for decoration
1. Yolks with butter until smooth, add salt and sugar, dilute with milk and add flour. The dough should have a very liquid, without lumps, you can add the pinch of saffron. Then add the beaten egg whites, mix gently. Bake thin pancakes.
2. Sweet pepper Wash, remove the seeds and the stalk, cut the flesh into small cubes and place in a bowl.
3. Wash the tomatoes and cut into cubes. Mash the cheese "feta" and combine in a bowl with vegetables.
4. Wash the green onions, finely chopped and put in a bowl with vegetables and cheese. Stir.
5. Arrange the prepared cheese-vegetable mass on pancakes, roll them into rolls and then cut crosswise slices. Out onto a plate and garnish with sliced slices smoked salmon, herbs, vegetables and serve.
