Mushrooms in sour cream
1 kg Ryzhikov (more)
1 or 2 bulbs
250 g sour cream
150 g cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Fry the mushrooms, small integers, large - cut. Add onion, cook until tender. Add sour cream, salt, pepper, stir and put in the form. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Put in the oven at t 200 degrees C and bake for 10-15 minutes.
