Sauted mushrooms
Ingredients:
1 kg fresh mushrooms
150 g butter
150 g onion
1 glass sour cream
4-5 Art. l. dried, ground
5-6 pcs. egg
salt
pepper
Mushrooms clean, wash, chop, salt, pepper, fry in oil (leave a little oil for greasing the form). Add the finely chopped onion, fry all together, cover and simmer until cooked for 15 minutes.
Pour in the cream, boil, add the part of crackers, drive the eggs and stir.
Put into a greased and sprinkled with breadcrumbs form, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven.
