Sauted turnip "Bear joy&raq
Ingredients:
500 g turnip
1 tbsp. butter
200 g cream or sour cream
1-2 tbsp. crackers
2 PCs egg
Peel turnips, wash and boil in lightly salted water. Drain the water, mash the turnips, pour in the cream, add the butter, breadcrumbs, beaten eggs and mix thoroughly.
Puree put on the frying pan, greased surface puree lubricate cream or sour cream and bake in the oven until tender.
Cut the finished puree-casserole, arrange on plates and serve the meatballs or otryvnym made from beef and pork.
